Shipping and Delivery Information
Our first mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have made the shipping and delivery process easy for you because your comfort is our priority. We provide shipping and delivery services to all regions and cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The order is delivered within a period ranging from 3 to 8 working days, and in some cases, it may reach up to 10 working days maximum.
In the event that the customer does not receive the order, our company will return the amount to the customer with a deduction of the shipping value, which varies according to size and weight, noting that shipping prices are excluding value-added tax.
Note:
Although we are strongly committed to delivery within the specified timetables and do our best with our shipping company in Saudi Arabia to deliver your order within 3 to 8 working days maximum, these delivery timetables are just estimates. The timetable starts from the time of order confirmation.
- For orders within Riyadh and Jeddah, delivery is within 48 hours.
- For orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (except Riyadh and Jeddah), delivery is within 8 days.
- For orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivery is within ten days.

Please note that the official working days in our company are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and official holidays are holidays for all company employees and shipping companies.
Building Solutions delivers your orders within Riyadh and Jeddah through the company's representatives, and other delivery companies or individuals may be used during peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders in a timely manner.
In case of urgent orders, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you. You will be asked to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm that you have received the products as shown in the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order and the signature of any person present at this address is considered as your receipt of the order. In the event that we reach the registered address and no one is present at this address, you will be contacted by customer service to set another delivery time. The company will not be responsible for any order exceeding 10 days from the first delivery date of the order. Please note that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time twice, additional delivery fees will be charged after that.
